BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Collins Hill Childrens Theatre Presents: Drama On The Hill!

Drama On The Hill! is a theatre camp for kids ages 6-13 taught by Collins Hill High School theatre teachers, alumni and mastery students who bring their love for the theatre to your children. It's held at Collins Hill High School (50 Taylor Road, Suwanee) And, this year, we are featuring one or two-day camp options!

 

Student drop off begins at 8:30 a.m. with the camp running from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Although not part of the program, after care may be available upon request for an additional cost - ask us if this applies to you. 

 

Drama On The Hill! is for budding stars who love to sing, dance and, above all, perform. Or, beginners who are curious about theatre and ready and eager to learn. In addition to building strong theater skills, our wonderful instructors will enhance students’ coordination, stage presence and rehearsal techniques. Even the shyest performers bloom in this environment! 

 

Campers will attend age-appropriate sessions on four different aspects of theatre, including: ensemble, scene study, musical theatre and technical theatre. They will also participate in games and group activities to help awaken their inner thespian.

 

The cost of the camp is $60* for the first day or $100* for both days. This cost includes all activities, a camp t-shirt, morning and afternoon snacks and a free ticket to any Collins Hill High School 2016-17 show. 

 

All campers should bring their own sack lunch and a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes and clothing that allows them to move and perform.
